From March 26–29, 2025, ARGOX took part in the ITES Shenzhen Industrial Expo, teaming up for the first time with the SATO Shenzhen team for a dual-location showcase — with booths in both the Medical Pavilion and Smart Manufacturing Pavilion. This setup demonstrated the group's strength in resource coordination and its ability to respond quickly across different industries.
Throughout the show, the ARGOX team focused on key smart manufacturing topics including automation, system integration, and specialty labeling needs. Our booth drew strong interest from industry professionals eager to explore practical solutions.
A key highlight: when visitors inquired about RFID applications, the ARGOX team quickly connected with SATO’s resources on-site to offer a complete, integrated solution — combining devices and consumables tailored to their needs. This agile, customer-first approach allowed for live testing and early-stage project planning, showcasing our ability to support smart manufacturing with hands-on technical strength.
We connected with over 50 potential customers who emphasized two things: the value of an end-to-end solution, and the importance of responsive support. Moving forward, ARGOX will prioritize these high-interest leads and provide tailored services — such as offline print kits, cryogenic label compatibility, and print optimization — supported by both engineering expertise and flexible material options.
